BMW 3: Favorites

Concept

Addresses, Points of Interest, and the current position can be stored as Favorites.

Storing current position as a Favorite

General information

The current position can also be stored after entering a destination or via the interactive map, even while driving.

Storing

1. Press the button on the Controller.

2. Press the Controller.

3. "Add to favorites".

The current position is stored in the list of favorites.

Selecting

1. Press the button on the Controller.

2. "Favorites".

3. Selecting an entry.

Editing

Enter display name

1. Press the button on the Controller.

2. "Favorites".

3. Highlight the entry.

4. Press the button.

5. "Edit entry".

6. "Name displayed".

7. Enter a name for the destination. Basic entry explanation, refer to the Owner's Manual for the vehicle.

Assigning a color to a pin

1. Press the button on the Controller.

2. "Favorites".

3. Highlight the entry.

4. Press the button.

5. "Edit entry".

6. "Pin".

7. Select the desired setting.

Favorite alert

Concept

A signal will sound when a favorite is approached.

Deleting Favorites

1. Press the button on the Controller.

2. "Favorites".

3. Highlight the entry.

4. Press the button.

5. "Delete entry".

Deleting all entries

1. Press the button on the Controller.

2. "Favorites".

3. Press the button.

4. "Delete entire list".

Changing the sorting order

1. Press the button on the Controller.

2. "Favorites".

3. Press the button.

4. "Re-sort list".
